I specialise in helping tech companies launch and scale across Europe. I have built companies from the ground up, built marketing functions at scale-ups and led teams at unicorns on both sides of the Atlantic. I lead teams to big outcomes, including 3 successful exits.

I led the marketing team at Vauban (acquired by Carta) driving growth of the VC platform across EMEA and the US.
In my role as Head of Expansion Marketing at Weezy (acquired by Getir) I built a marketing engine to scale to 10 store launches per month to keep pace with the hypergrowth on-demand grocery sector.
As Head of Marketing at Knotel I built regional and partner marketing strategies to fuel growth of the flexible office platform across EMEA.
I co-founded and expanded PopUpsters across the US, built inbest.ai in the UK & Spain and launched membership at Norn.co across London, Berlin, Barcelona and San Francisco. Earlier in my career I raised capital from retail and institutional investors and helped establish Prosper as a leading voice in fintech. Before starting in tech I worked in International Development leading projects for Kiva and Innovations for Poverty Action across Latin America.
I have created the story, launched products and acquired customers for industry defining companies in peer to peer lending, fintech, generative AI, flexible retail, co-living, flexible office, rapid delivery, venture capital & the private markets.
